      04/06/2004 --
Fixed the problem of an occasional file corruption in a specific Class List
(classrec.xxx) which is caused by a simultaneous attempt of two or more
users trying to add (write) new names to the Class List. This fix restricts
only one person at a time to have access to the Class List file (classrec.xxx)
to ADD (write) a new student name to the file.
      04/19/2004 --
Fixed a problem related to the fix of 04/06/2004 above. When adding a new name
to the "classrec.xxx" file and error would sometimes occur when entering Class Codes
with preceeding zeros (i.e., 003, etc.).
      04/28/2004 --
Added a message to notify the teacher when the ADD NAME function did not delete
the temporary file 'xClassRec.xxx': see fix of April 6, 2004
      05/04/2004 --
Changed fix of 04/28/2004 above: Added a message to notify the teacher when the
ADD NAME function did not rename the Class List file 'ClassRecX.xxx': see fixes of
        April 6, 2004; April 19,2004; and April 28,2004.
      08/27/2004 --
Added a message box with the procedures for renaming the 'ClassRecX.xxx' file referred
in the fixes of April 6, April 19, and April 28, 2004 above. Also, corrected some
debugging messages when in program as INSTRUCTOR

a teacher is working in the DBase Utility program.
      11/03/2004 --
When File Attribute was set to READONLY, some systems would not allow more than one user
to access the site license file. The File Attribute has been changed to NORMAL when
opening the site license file; this fixes the multiple use problem.
